Tradish Terms of Service - Last Modified: October 5, 2026

1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the applications, websites, content, products, and services (the "Services") made available by Veiros, LLC ("Tradish," "we," "us," or "our"). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TRADISH.

2. The Services

The Services comprise our mobile application and websites (collectively, the "Platform"). Tradish helps you capture, store, organize, share and cook food and drink recipes. Supported capture methods include recipe photos, pasted text, web pages and supported social links. Depending on the source, capture may use text, images or an audio transcript. The Platform also provides recipe review and editing, cookbooks, meal planning, grocery lists, and printing or export where you have permission. Some capture and AI features use scans or paid access. Available purchase options and their terms are shown in the app before purchase.

3. Eligibility and Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Data and Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your original recipe content and photos. Reading your saved recipes does not require an active paid subscription. The Platform provides printing and authorized recipe exports; export contents depend on your selection, permissions and the available format. You grant Tradish a license to store, process, and display your content within the Platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Upload content you don't have the right to share - Use the Services for any illegal purpose - Attempt to circumvent the Platform's technical limitations - Share your account credentials - Engage in unauthorized automated uploading or processing

6. Purchases, Subscriptions and Scans

One-time scan packs and any available recurring plans are separate purchase options. The app presents the offers available to you, including the price, billing period, included scans and any eligible trial, before you confirm a purchase. Recurring purchases renew according to the terms presented by the store. Turning off renewal stops future renewals and does not by itself end a confirmed paid period early. Paid access can end when a paid period expires or a purchase is refunded or revoked. Ending paid access does not delete your saved recipes. For billing or refund questions, use the store or payment provider used for your purchase, or contact support@heytradish.com.

7. Privacy and Sharing

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (heytradish.com/privacy-policy). You can keep recipes private, share them with cookbook members, or use the available public and link-sharing options. People with a public share link may be able to view its contents without a Tradish account. Sharing and export permissions determine which recipe content and originals are available to others. You are responsible for managing these settings. Revoking access does not recall copies that someone has already downloaded or saved.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Termination will result in immediate loss of access to digitized content.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. TRADISH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRADISH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
